Its quite windy and slightly chilly here on the Outer Banks, its a no go to the bikini. But that is just fine, grab a good book and hit the beach. Envelope yourself in a warm cardigan, throw on some shades and sit back soaking up salt air listening to the sounds of a relentless ocean.
